- Child labor in violation of ILO conventions
BUKU B.V. undertakes the following measures:
- Ethical screening of suppliers and partners, with attention to labor standards
- Confidential reporting procedures for concerns related to human rights violations
- Avoidance of business with non-compliant parties
- This policy applies automatically to all contracts, partnerships, and assignments with BUKU B.V. Any involvement in or failure to act against modern slavery or human trafficking is strictly prohibited. In the event that such practices are identified, BUKU B.V. reserves the right to immediately terminate the collaboration without further obligation
- The Board of Directors holds final accountability
- Managers monitor risks in their area of control
- Every team member has a responsibility to uphold this policy
